Individual Supports encompass services that provide person centred support to people with disability through a range of activities. These flexible services may be provided in the person’s own home or out of home, in a range of community settings, including community participation, recreational or cultural activities. It aims to improve personal independent living skills, enhance self-confidence and develop personal growth.
